Why begin your journey?

If you are beginning your yoga journey or want to deepen your practice, I offer private sessions either for one to one or group classes. My practice is designed to be more than just a class, but an experience, a safe place in which you can grow and develop both physically and mentally. Private sessions allow me to correct your alignment, and personalise each class to your style, needs, ability and goals. Beginning your journey can be intimidating, but I promise the process is so worth it. If you are an advanced or beginner practitioner, yoga is beneficial for any level, to stay active and maintain a healthy mobile mind and body.

In my teaching I tap into the philosophy of yoga, as I strongly believe in bringing the philosophical side of the practice to the western world. By using this method you will be shown new ways and an alternative dialogue that can transform your life. We all live very busy lives and often loose track of our mental well-being, either through the dialogue we have with ourselves or others. Yoga is a great way to come back to our true selves, access our power within and live a happier lifestyle.
