Soul Body Retreats makes a Sri Lanka come back for our first retreat of 2025 at the luxury resort of Kurulu Bay. Last years Sri Lanka retreat left retreaters wanting more of South Asia. Believe me, once you visit and try it, you’ll want to return. You will dive deep into daily yoga asana, meditation, breathwork and on our recovery days; Pilates, all led by Phoebe. New to Soul Body Retreats is Muay Thai. Kushan, a professionally trained Muay Thai coach, will be leading you through empowering training sessions activating your inner warrior. In between training you will have the chance to explore Sri Lanka’s magical surroundings of Ahangama Beach.

FAQ’S

  • Please email us by clicking here with your selected room (there are limited spaces on this retreat so I would secure your place as soon as possible. It’s first come first serve.)

    please note; to secure your place a non-refundable deposit of £500 must be made. Then the full amount is due 1st December 2023. Unless we have discussed and set up your payment plan.

  • You will need an ETA for a short visit to Sri Lanka, which can be done online via the following link; https://eta.gov.lk/etaslvisa/etaNavServ?payType=1

    Sri Lanka visa costs: 40 GBP. Sri Lanka visa process time: 3 - 5 days. Sri Lanka visa validity: The ETA is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and the duration of stay is 30 days.

  • SriLankan Airlines offers direct flights from London Heathrow to Colombo International Airport Ratmalana Airport. Direct flights are £800-900 return. Non-direct with one stop over (via Doha) is around £100-150 cheaper). We advise booking your flights as soon as you secure your place on the retreat so flight prices stay low.

    We advise you leave London on 9th February 2025 on a night flight so you arrive on the 10th at midday.

    Please make sure you book refundable flights and also have travel insurance.

    We will arrange your transfer from Colombo airport to Kurulu Bay.

  • Yes we do! However the non-refundable deposit of £500 must be made to secure your place. If you would like to take the payment plan route then please email us soulbodyretreats@outlook.com & we can discuss what best works for you.

    Cancellations can be made up to 1st December 2024, for a refund on the balance (not deposit). After the 1st December 2024 no refunds can be made.
